I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Angela DeLay. Recently, she had her counters, sink and faucet replaced by KL Laminates & General Contracting. She had this project set up to be done by Home Depot (or who they contract out to) and they failed to show nor would they commit to doing the job. After frantically searching, she came across KL Laminates. The project was scheduled and she was elated. After the project was completed, she was SO happy with the work that was done. She said that KL was extremely professional, nice, efficient, and she was ecstatic with how well they cleaned up afterwards. She would recommend this company to anyone and was so happy she was taken care of by KL.

I personally want to thank you guys for being so great. It can be challenging finding good, trustworthy, reliable contractors these days. I appreciate you taking care of this job for her and treating her with the respect, kindness and professionalism.

Krause Laminates recently replaced my kitchen counter tops and it was a great experience from start to finish. I emailed Krause for an estimate and got a prompt reply. I was on a tight timeline and they were accommodating with my deadline. In the end we are very pleased with the installation and the quality of the laminate. Also we found their pricing to be excellent. I would use again and would recommend to others.

(Mall Kiosk) I worked with Krause Laminates in the summer of 2013 to update look for Mall Kiosk spanning across Washington state. The project had the complexity of multiple locations, limited available working hours, and tight deadlines. Krause Laminates handled my project very professionally and speedily. I am overall very satisfied with the outcome and look forward to working with Krause Laminates again.

l have been using Krause Laminates for approximately five years now. I renovate apartment buildings for property owners who are very budget conscious. A common aspect of the renovations involves installing laminate tub surrounds and countertops. This year alone we have done about 30 units, all of which I have called on Krause Laminates to provide their quality services and products. I always give them as much notice as would probably be preferred but Erv always shows up early and eager to work. We are very happy with everyone of the countless jobs that Krause Laminates has done over the years! All of the products installed have held up well. I highly recommend Krause Laminates’ products and service.

To Krause Laminates; I’m privileged to write this review.

I am so glad I found Krause Laminates to install a gorgeous granite-like laminate over my 21-year-old kitchen laminate countertops. Owner Ervin told me he’d been installing laminate over laminate for 23 years. He was so informative on the phone and did a quote from my drawing that I faxed. I had originally made the drawing so Home Depot could do a quote. However, Home Depot refused to install laminate over existing laminate. Instead they wanted to tear up my kitchen and install all new wood and then the laminate.

They came on time and finished in three hours, and it’s a big kitchen. They were courteous and efficient; their attention to detail actually improved the top of the old laminate because they sculpted closer around the logs in the kitchen of our log home. They also caulked all the seams. If you haven’t seen the new plastic laminates that look like granite do some research. Ervin told me Wilsonart actually photographed huge sections of real granite so there is no repeated pattern. And it’s minutely pitted to look like real granite. I wanted to update my countertops because of a family gathering at my house last weekend for a dinner after my mother’s burial. Family who came couldn’t believe the beauty of my kitchen and the only change was the laminate!

Krause Laminates was on time, efficient, and professional. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The first person I talked to at your business was Cindy. She was very nice and came out to our house to do measurements. She spoke to me several times by email, phone, and in person because I had so many questions and could not decide what I wanted. She was patient while we took forever to make a decision and never pressured us to do anything until we were ready. We are happy with our final results. I would recommend Krause Laminates to my friends and family, and they have excellent customer service and competitive prices.

I really enjoyed working with your company. Our countertops look wonderful. They did great work! The communication between us and Cindy was great and I really appreciated Cindy’s help in picking out the right color for our kitchen. She has a great eye for color! They completed the project in less than four hours; they were clean, friendly, and right on time. In addition, since they had some extra laminate, they installed the extra piece under our sink. Our cabinet under the sink was a bit water damaged, and I had forgotten to ask Cindy in our initial meeting about what could be done about this issue. They suggested this without us even asking them which I feel goes above and beyond any of my expectations.

As space supervisor onboard USS SHOUP DDG 86, we are more than pleased with the turnaround that occurred with our Commanding Officer’s desk. Your flexibility to “knock the job out” in a quick time fashion is GREATLY appreciated. Due to situational requirements, your team came onboard SHOUP during off hours, and completed the job on a Saturday without any disruption to our very busy schedule. You did a fantastic job on my condo kitchen counter this morning. I am thrilled with the result and you truly went above and beyond the job by staining the wood edging the counter and putting an extra piece of laminate under the sink. Total kudos! I had heard what other friends had paid going through Bath Fitter and that was definitely out of my budget. From the moment I met you at your office, you were friendly, accommodating, and worked to get the project done as soon as possible. When your technician (forgot name) came to my house, not only did he install a beautiful new tub surround, but redid some caulking in my other bathroom for free! Ervin installed countertops in my kitchen and bathroom and a one-piece surround as well as modified a counter, built back-splashes, replaced sinks, faucets, and the shower door. From the quote to the installation, they were professional, organized, clean and most importantly their attention to detail was outstanding. They were on time and did everything they said they would, including unexpected repairs and didn’t have any cost surprises. I would highly recommend Krause Laminates for any projects.

After purchasing a surround from the Orange Box store, we had problems … the surround became brittle and my husband leaned against it at one point and it actually cracked, leaving for potential damage to the wall behind. We considered a HOI claim, but after high bids we reviewed this company we had Erwin come out for a bid. He was so professional and prompt! The pricing was reasonable and the products and choices were amazing. Even the neighbors were amazed at the quality of workmanship! A+ company!

When I decided to make some changes in my kitchen, countertops were not that easy to get; my counters are just slightly larger than the standard carried in any local hardware store. I received several quotes of just under $1,000 and Krause quoted me just under $500. Krause made my old tired kitchen a hip place to be. I will recommend Ervin to anyone who will listen. My new tub surround really kicked up the look of my bathroom. I got the same color on my countertops. It's awesome; I have never seen or heard of such a thing. They even took the time to call and check to see how everything looked to me!

I recently had my laminate counters redone; they were very professional and extremely reasonable. They were in and out in less than one day. I would highly recommend them.
